How Can I Help?
When is my order confirmed?
Your order will be confirmed when payment is received. You will be sent confirmation via email.
How do you contact recipients about delivery?
You will provide their cell number and I will text them the evening before or the morning of their scheduled delivery date to coordinate a time. Please let your student know I will be contacting them so they don't think I'm spam!
Do you charge extra for delivery?
No! Prices include hand delivery and a photo sent to you! Deliveries will NOT be left on front porches or at front desks.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all MSU dorms, off campus housing, apartments, sororities and fraternities in the East Lansing area.
Do you need the entire dorm address or just the dorm name?
I just need the dorm name as I know where most of the dorms are located. Please specify N, S, E or W if there are multiple dorms with the same names.
How many days' notice do you require for an order?
It depends on our schedule, but we prefer to have at least 2-4 days' notice for regular orders and at least 5 days' notice for custom orders. It's always worth asking! We always try to deliver Get Well Soon Baskets ASAP!
Do you provide same day deliveries?
Since I’m a one-woman show, it is difficult to offer same-day deliveries — I plan and prep each order with care, so I kindly ask for a little notice. But, depending on my delivery schedule for the day, sometimes I can make same day deliveries work. If not, you will be notified by text. Thanks for understanding!
Do you deliver on weekends and holidays?
There is a $25 surcharge for weekend and holiday deliveries. I will try my best to accommodate weekend and holiday deliveries. If I cannot accommodate a weekend or holiday delivery I will notify you via text or email and will deliver that Friday or Monday. Thank you for your understanding!
Do you deliver on football game days?
I will not be able to deliver on MSU football game days due to road closures and tailgating.
Do you accommodate gluten free, nut free or any other dietary restrictions / requests?
Yes! I offer a GLUTEN FREE and NUT FREE Spartan Snacker & Birthday Snacker. With your assistance, I am happy to create a custom basket containing items to suit your Spartan's dietary needs. When you check out, you can list any dietary issues, or you can contact me in the custom order section and let me know how I can help you!
