When is my order confirmed?
Your order will be confirmed when payment is received. You will be sent confirmation via email.
How do you contact recipients about delivery?
You will give us their cell number and we will text them the evening before or the morning of their scheduled delivery date to coordinate a time.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all MSU dorms, off campus housing, apartments, sororities and fraternities in the East Lansing area.
How many days' notice do you require for an order?
It depends on our schedule, but we prefer to have at least 2-4 days' notice for regular orders and at least 5 days' notice for custom orders. It's always worth asking! We always try to deliver Get Well Soon Baskets ASAP!
FAQ
Do you create gluten free, nut free or other special dietary request baskets?
We offer GLUTEN FREE Spartan Snacker & Birthday Spartan Snacker. With your assistance, we can create a custom basket containing items to suit your dietary needs. Please note your allergens on the Delivery Details Page and we will make the necessary changes.
Do you charge extra for tax and delivery?
Quoted prices include hand delivery. Please contact us if you'd like to have a basket shipped and we can discuss options.
Do you deliver on weekends?
We will try to accommodate some weekend deliveries, but we have our own family schedules as well! If we cannot accommodate a weekend delivery, you will be notified by text, and we will deliver that Friday or Monday.
Do you deliver on football game days?
We will not be able to deliver on MSU football game days due to road closures and tailgating.
